Failed to handle some special characters in title (converted to HTML) [#1572150]

This happened when using Views.

When node title is:
Levi's product

In title, it will become:
Levi's product

The character ' is shown as ' in the title

I have no idea since don't have experience in character handling

I have this issue as well. The interesting thing is that the ` character does not show a code, but a regular apostrophe ' does.

Bump, this is still unresolved in 2017 with the latest version of the module 7.x-3.6.
How to get the tab to not decode the character.
