Looks like an improper default value is given to True/False questions.

The default value of -1 causes the form API to display the error when a true/false question is first displayed. If you select an option an navigate away and then back its fine. This makes sense because the default will then be the option you chose.

I'll provide a patch...

I believe this is fairly critical as we had quiz takers report that they could not navigate past the question because of this error. I however did not find that it prevented any navigation in my own testing. Regardless, this bug should be fixed so as to not confuse people that are taking the quizzes.

The patch didn't apply for me (had to do it manually), but it fixed the problem.

Thanks for the feedback @rob_johnston. Its an old patch by now and I think there would be a commit since I posted this that would conflict with it. I would create a new version if the maintainer wants one. Otherwise it is simple to apply the changes manually.
