Although this was closed and has been marked as fixed, and the patch has been incorporated into beta8 (I compared my version with the patch before applying it), I still can't re-arrange the gallery using drag and drop. The bar appears at the top of the image along with the cross hairs and a dashed outline around the image, but the image can't be moved.

The gallery i was working on when I noticed it was all YouTube video links, but I also can't get it to work on older pages with static local images. In order to rearrange, I had to remove all images from the gallery and start over, which was of course much faster than the time I spent trying to resolve the issue.

Using Zen 7.x-3.2 (with a pretty vanilla subtheme), Drupal 7.23. Have tried changing themes to Garland and Bartik with no success; and changed Administrative theme from Seven to Bartik and Garland to see if it was theme based. Tested in current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and IE, all on Windows 8 (didn't go to Safari, earlier version of Windows, or Mac before I gave up). This is no longer critical for me since I can work around it by ordering images as I create the gallery, and I don't often need to rearrange them once they're created, but it would be useful to have the feature in the future in case I want to add an image to the top of a gallery, and I'm sure it would save someone else time. Thanks.
