I have some clients who may not yet be ready to go fully responsive, because they cannot afford to pay the developer time to make a site responsive. Is there a way to configure Omega so that initially it is not responsive, but the foundation remains to make it responsive by turning on certain functions. I think I can probably figure it out, but any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any help, and thanks so much for making such a fantastic framework theme for development.

Here is an image for easy reference: http://cl.ly/Gl43
Grid settings (first default vertical tab) > Responsive settings (first top section) > Enable the responsive grid (deselect this option and save)
