Remove MyISAM settings from MySQL statements [#155996]

I don't like to be forced to MyISAM if my DB defaults to a different engine like InnoDB.

Attached a patch to fix this.

looks good to me. just a minor nit pick, the new lines have trailing space.

Reviewed, tested, and committed to HEAD and DRUPAL-4-7--2. Also, I backported this to DRUPAL-4-7 and committed there, too. Thanks.

Also, I made the same change for project_issue.install, tested that, and committed to HEAD, DRUPAL-4-7--2 and DRUPAL-4-7.
