In order to edit the fields of a Biblio publication type, the user currently needs to navigate to admin/config/content/biblio/pubtypes and select a publication type from an ugly list. This will take the user to the standard Drupal Field UI edit page. This is located in the "publication types (new)" tab (also needs a rename).
Let's make this page a bit more intuitive and user-friendly, and I think this page should also replace the "fields" tab, as well as the "publication types" tab.

Fields for the biblio entity can be edited here: admin/config/content/biblio/publication-types/[publication type]/fields
Contributor fields can be edited here: admin/config/content/biblio/author/type/contributor/fields
