Addresses not saving when order created through backend [#1529960]

Hi, I am having an issue where the address fields are not being saved when the order is created through the backend. This is what I am doing. Admin toolbar --> Store --> Orders --> Create order --> I am creating an order here by filling in all the fields and submitting the changes, I get a message "Order changes saved", but the address fields are empty.

I would like to know if there is something that I am doing wrong or if anyone else has faced this issue.

Edit: I also don't see the Select from address book, Copy billing information, Copy shipping information icons in the ship to and bill to panels on the order edit page.

This is indeed broken and is being worked on in #1424038: Order administration: "copy address" feature. With the patch you find there you may be able to edit the address fields (it's not thoroughly tested), but the features for selecting addresses and copy over address values need still to come.
