When the CVS access tab on a project's main page is selected, the resulting page does not have complete breadcrumbs. This patch fixes that problem.

A new patch is attached that fixes the problem. The attached patch also relies on my patch at http://drupal.org/node/58630 (comment #4) being applied to the project module.
