Site Slogan font

Hello all, I'm trying to change the font of the Slogan from default to sergoe and to be clear I am not a developer or application master. I've studied a bit about .css files, if someone could explain it to me step-by-step I'd greatly appreciate it. This would include where to upload files, etc.
