It would be really nice if users had the ability to renew all of their ads at once, or choose multiple ads to renew at the same time. Are there plans to add a feature like this in the future?

It's a valid feature request, just only for 7.x and later: there won't be structural updates to 6.x, just bug fixes.

With this module end of life approaching along with Drupal 7 EOL, this issue is now moot.
