iflim...Myspace....Metacafe Thumbnails Now Supported

Waring: This is not a patch.
Download iflim_metacafe_myspace_thumbnail_support.tar.gz and extract.
Copy the inc files to the providers folder under the video_cck folder and overwrite the exiting inc files.
These inc files will retrieve the thumbnails for each video from of the videos providers.
