When I am using multipage (which is awesome!) the second-third(etc) pages are reloaded and you aren't jump to the top of the page.
How can I resolve this?

Are you using explorer? A js error occured on explorer. This was fixed in latest dev.

Without js errors. The page jumps to the title of your multipage group (not to the top of the page).
