Generate schema (wsdl) for xmlrpc node create

Does a tool exist to create a schema file from a node definition (wsdl ?). I was hoping someone might have done this so we could create an xml schema (wsdl) for soap requests. That way all of our validation rules in Drupal and the field names would be populated in the schema file and make creating soap clients much easier.
