Minor Documentation Cleanup

Finally took some time this weekend to read through some ctools code, since I've wanted to start using ctools to find out what all the buzz is about. While reading through the docs, I found a few grammatical errors here or there. Nothing big, probably the most trivial patch I've ever posted, but I thought I'd post the fixes anyways, because the closer to perfection, the better :)
