Panels integration - mechanism to assign meta tags from variant content

This was a feature brought up during the Drupalcon BOF - people wanted to be able to assign meta tags from data loaded in variant content. This will be rather complicated but should IMHO start from #1151938: Panels integration - meta discussion.
