recover 7.x-1.0-unstable1

This is the ultimate in "try at your own risk" and is looking for both guineypigs and those willing to commit patches to make it work even better.

Roadmap before 1.0-alpha:
- Add performing user to recovery data and allow filtering by user
- Fully break out node monitoring and recovery into hooks
- Optimize DB table and indices.

Roadmap before 1.0-beta:
- More powerful filtering options for recovery
- Distinct recovery permissions
- Allow monitoring and recovery of blocks and users
- Delete recovery data older than x, on cron.
- Store recovery logs with the ability to "undo last recovery".

Roadmap to 7.x-1.0:
- Support *all* entity types
- Integrate with Aegir
- Integrate with Drush
- Document how to add custom handlers for entities or additional recovery types
