Hi,
How can I RepTags in Views? It works ok in the Node but doesn't work inside a view (List view)

That's actually a bug in the views module. I have created a bug report for views (http://drupal.org/node/149276) which should solve the problem.

Please also note that there is a bug in the release version causing the 'teaser' to not be processed in certain cases. The bug is fixed in cvs/development version. I will tag a new release sometime this week.

This was fixed and is included in the latest release (5.x-1.9). Patch #150289 also fixed a problem with 'body' fields that also applies to Views (although the bug in Views still needs to be fixed separately).
