I think that the ability to set a signature to be sent with ALL emails would be fantastic, I use a HTML signature block on all emails sent out - can't use it on Mass Contact at the moment, perhaps it could be something to think about.

I added the option for having a message prefix and suffix in the admin settings here: http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=76434

If that works for you in giving what you want, then please mark this issue as fixed. If not, please let me know.

I suspect that what I may end up doing in the future is expanding the category concept quite a bit to include additional things like message prefixes and suffixes that are only applied to those recipients.
