create new 6.x-1.x stable release

It's been quite a while since the last 6.x-1.x stable release. I'd love to integrate the improvements since that point into security.drupal.org but would also love to be running just on stable releases. There are zero open critical issues for 6.x and only 3 major issues some of which seem like they may not be all that major.

Any chance you could create a new stable release for 6.x? I'm going to test out the 6.x-1.x-dev on a test site now to see if it fixes a specific bug we see.
