Hi there,

We should consolidate theme functions without a preprocess hook, which will allow greater flexibility for sub themers.

For example, there is a twitter_bootstrap_preprocess_twitter_bootstrap_btn_dropdown and twitter_bootstrap_twitter_bootstrap_btn_dropdown. We could merge them together.
