Fix for installation error (missing curly brace)

Having (attempted) to install from openid_provider-7.x-1.0-rc3.zip, I get:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in [xyz]\sites\all\modules\openid_provider\openid_provider.module on line 426

It turns out there's a closing bracket missing at the end of the openid_provider_bulk_update_batch_process (line 251).

Thank you for the D7 port though, couldn't be better timing for us!
