As Drupal user "admin", I've created a folder and given a user Folder Admin permissions.

As Drupal user "admin" I can create a sub folder within, however, as the user with Folder Admin permissions, when trying to create a sub folder I get:

"Invalid parent folder"

I've committed a fix for this to the 7.x dev branch. Needs review to determine if this fixes all of the use cases.
