Use the user image as the default team member image?

Since all members of the organic group are registered users of the CMS, can we have an option to use the user image as the default for team mebmers?

Right now, the way it's set up, the OG admin has to upload an image for each of the team member to be displayed in the team member listing, even when each members themselves already have images uploaded and attached to their user accounts. So this means that if we want to display the same image the members are using as their user images, then we have to download their images and re-upload them as the team member images.
