With the "Copy billing address" format handler enabled in both the Billing information and Shipping information profile types, the "Country" ajax widget in Shipping information doesn't work. I've got United Kingdom as my default country and if I try to change the country in Shipping information, the ajax "Please wait" indicator appears and the country name changes in the select box, but the fields are still UK specific.

I can confirm that this happens in 7.x-1.0. This is because the ajax wrapper div gets swapped out in copy_billing_address.inc both in the initial form build and in the verification process. Attached is a fix in the form of a patch.
