This module does not appear to work correctly when using workbench.

The buttons show up and will allow you to create new nodes, however, once the new node is done being created / edited, you are simply dropped at its page and the original node is lost.

Seems to have something to do with the way that workbench uses revisions.

This is an order of processing issue. Workbench Moderation overwrites the redirect setting provided by Node Connect with its own. It would make more sense for the reverse to be true. The simplest fix is to give the Node Connect module a greater weight so it does its form altering after Workbench Moderation, but hook_module_implements_alter can also be user to change the processing order.
