When clicking on a link that does not exist, and being redirected to the 404 Create Form, it is missing the WYSIWYG toolbar. It is like the wikitool's creation form does not account for the Drupal's WYSIWYG toolbar even though I can change the input filter type. Is this intentionally done? Is it easy to allow back in the WYSIWYG toolbar?

Remove/Comment the fieldset html element from "wikitools.pages.inc" line number 235 and 243. It should work fine.
