since jan 2012, Facebook changed their availability to create application on page. and leave it only to those who understand the Facebook api. means creating application by programmers only.
there is a need an option to build an application automatically on Facebook
can you help with this.
It is most important since many of us not really know how to set application on Facebook

As I understand it, there was a time when a project like this could create an application. However because too many developers were creating too many applications, they removed that.

So I don't think what you're asking is possible. If it is, please include a link to facebook's documentation how to do it.
