Hi,

When uploading a file, the choice "LIST" isn't selected by default. So if you don't change that choice, file could upload but not list on node !

I think that the default value og this option isn't the good one and should be "selected".

Duplicate issue: #103213 is concerned with this very problem, and even provides a patch for solving it.
