Multiple videos per content type

Even if you create more than one video field per content type, it only shows one of them upon adding a node of that type. Adding a video field into a fieldgroup also didn't work. This patch basically removed the fieldsets, allowing you to have multiple videos per node and also group them.

This patch also uses the Label chosen when creating the field, rather than the default "Embed Code or Video URL". It still has the default description, though... perhaps a better workaround would be to give the option of using those defaults or using your own?
