Video 6.x-5.0 release goals:

1. FFmpeg command line configurable via web interface
2. Add/modify/delete presets via web interface
3. Cleanup of internal API (breaks backwards compatibility)

Other changes

1. Use CTools for Filesystem and Transcoder plugins
2. Fixed bug where widget paths were not respected
3. Remove (broken) feature to delete S3 buckets
4. Cancel Zencoder jobs when the video is removed while the video is transcoded at Zencoder
5. Rename video_ffmpeg to video_localtranscoder to indicate that other locally installed transcoders can also be used instead of FFmpeg.
