Ability to perform same action for similar comments when submitting/deleting

Hello, when i want to submit a comment (as ham/spam) or delete it, it would be nice to have a form with some options like these:

also perform this action (submit/delete/..) for comments...:
-with the same username (show username here)
-with the same homepage (show homepage here)
-with the same contents (show first 20 characters of contents)
- select and/or between above conditions

it would be nice if it would come with "smart" defaults (basically all selected, with and condition), but allow admins to change these options.
