Quicktabs Admin Interface and Error Issue

I'm having issues with the admin interface of the Quick Tabs form - screenshots included. The form fields seem to be misaligned and jumbled - making it difficult to identify the appropriate field for each tab.

In addition, since uploading the module, I've been getting the following error:
• warning: include_once(modules/quicktabs/quicktabs.views.inc) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\includes\theme.inc on line 286.
• warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening 'modules/quicktabs/quicktabs.views.inc' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\pear\') in C:\xampp\htdocs\includes\theme.inc on line 286.

I have only been working with drupal for a couple of months, took over the building of our company's website after our resident drupal expert left the company (ahhh!). It's been fun to learn - but these have been hard to figure out for a beginner. Any suggestions to fix either issue would be absolutely appreciated! THANK YOU!
