Extension for the content_taxonomy mapper to support terms to save lineage

When I activate the widget of hirarchical select in a content_taxonomy field with the option to save lineage (required to use in apachesolr facets with hirarchical term tree) the content taxonomy mapper only add the most deep term and does't consider the lineage configuration.

Here I maked some changes to support this option when the imported field is configured as hierarchical_select and has the lineage option enabled.
