what could be the explanation for the following:
I have created two Polls: Binary and Ranking.
User can access and vote on Ranking Poll
Same user cannot access and vote on Binary Poll (Access Denied logged)

for the record: I just found out that the above mentioned user
can access and vote on Binary Polls, as long as one sets
"When should results be displayed" to " After voting has closed"
in admin/settings.
