How Can I create Dynamic Page of a website Using cck Drupal 7.10

Sir,
I have Created static pages using drupal .
I want to make a website in which i create following fields.

1. Project Name 2. Test Engineer 3. Date
It allows user to input data and stored in database.

I try this using cck module but I cant enter the value at run time.
by using the webforms module it is working.

So, How Can I create dynamic page using cck ?
