I looked around the issue queue and didn't find anything, so please forgive me if this has already been addressed elsewhere. I've found it very helpful to begin styling with commented references to the Omega Sections, Zones, and Regions. The attached file is what I've been using. It's 60 extra lines in a CSS file, but the sanity it brings me is worth it. :)
