Hi,

I just tested this arctic stuff, and i must admit that i am little confusing what is the purpost of all this?

After the arctic is installed, my web site looks like sh#t, there really isnt any CSS stuff, it is just text and links, there is no documentation how/what i must do for this, and now there is even some link to some commerctial to sooperthemes.com.

I downloaded arti theme, where i can see some png files and php script files, but i am already so diaspointed that i am not going to install it and mess my stuff even more.

I can't see any difference what this could ever give me more than traditional drupal theme extend system.. i hope the documentation will come some day and my mind is changed.

I rate this to zero on 1-5 table.

Read the Zen documentation. Arctica is baed on the same principle (sub theming).
Difference is that Arctica provides Responsive/mobile stuff and in combination with Tundra also a lot of jQuery features.

Or install drupal.org/project/touchpro and see how it works in a real situation.

Real documentation for Arctica is on my todo list but since writing docs doesn't help me pay rent it doesn't have priority.

Sure, documentation is good, but it takes time to produce and its not always clear in the early stages of a projects life where to concentrate the focus of such documents. Usually its better to wait a while and see where most people need help and tailor specific documentation to those areas.

Are you not familiar with the saying "honey gets more bees than vinegar"? Or perhaps you honestly believe that being rude and offensive actually works?
