image field: adding stuff between images via wysiwyg impossible

When I add an image, the image gets added and the wysiwyg editor gets a new line after the image and cursor blinks on that new line. Then I can add another image below the first one and text after that and so on..

BUT when I've added couple of pictures and nothing between them and I then want to add text there, or just some extra space or anything, I can't get the cursor there. It always ends up selecting either of the images.
If the image above is selected and I press cursor right, I'd expect the cursor to end up after the image and pressing enter after that making a new line between the images, but pressing cursor right just blinks the image and selects it right after.

So only way to gain access between the images is to disable the editor and add empty paragraph between them..
