I am a consultant assisting a non-profit client in trying to find a developer to build a new website in Drupal with CiviCRM.

This will entail installing and configuring Drupal, CiviCRM for contact database, membership registration/renewal, and conference/event registrations - both registrations should include secure online payment forms. We would also like to add e-commerce/shopping cart for some light marketing options, links to a 3rd party publisher (which may include pass-through authentication), and a moderated job posting board.

We have image files with the desired theme look/feel, and would prefer if possible to edit an existing theme to match.

I am happy to provide a more detailed specification on request. Budget for this project is $20K or less.
