PHP Markdown Extra 1.2.5 was released on January 8, 2012 (http://michelf.com/projects/php-markdown/)

I think we should update this module. The update should be very easy: Overwrite the existing php file with the new one.

I have committed an updated PHP Markdown extra library to 7-dev. Please test and I will make a 7.x-1.1 release.

I'm the new maintainer of the Markdown filter module. I will concentrate on the D7 version, expect the D6 version to be minimally maintained.
