Font your face problem

After uploading a local font in font your face UI, sweaver crashed a dev site and generated the following error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function local_fonts_fontyourface_css() in /home/webgop33/public_html/sites/all/modules/sweaver/plugins/sweaver_plugin_fontface/sweaver_plugin_fontface.inc on line 27

I uninstalled sweaver, and reinstalled and the issue repeated. To resolve I again reinstalled sweaver and disabled the font your face plugin. Just curious about the cause of this error, and how to resolve.
