In the Webform integration, the following steps result in the "Custom keys" option not being saved:

- Pull out a new checkboxes/radios/select field
- Edit the options and check the "Custom keys" option
- Close the field configuration
- Open the field configuration, the "Custom keys" option is unchecked again

The setting isn't saved into the Webform component upon saving either.

This patch turned out to be quite simple. I've applied this to both branches of the project.
