When setting is "Expand on Bullet", additional dhtml-menu-icon link is added by js. However it didn't take into consideration of multiple triggers like called by other js (e.g. lightbox, colorbox), causing multiple dhtml-menu-icon link being appended.

NOTE: you may need #1176834: "Expand on Bullet" not working for the "Expand on Bullet" to work
