Your response will help shape the future of the Drupal business ecosystem.It would be good to update the installation instructions on the main module page to reflect the fact that the library should now be in sites/all/libraries. See #943842: Place qtip library should go & the qtip module + double routines? for details. I thought this was missing from the module until I found that issue.
