is the AccuWeather link optional?
can we use the module without linking to AccuWeather.com ?

An external link to AccuWeather.com can be removed in theme file (just copy templates/accuweather-page.tpl.php file from the AccuWeather module directory into your theme directory, refresh Drupal cache and remove line 17). You can edit whole theme for your needs of course :)

i saw the tpl file, thank you for the explanation. i just asked if there is a legal dependency or not.
i have experienced that the visited station info is cached, (ie: i visit paris in 07.30, and it still keeps on showing the 07:30 report whole day long) i tried disabling cache completely, reducing the cache time etc. but none of these worked for me. still i see the cached report for several hours.
by the way, integrating with a geo ip location module and giving the users "current location" weather info via a block would be a great feature indeed. it's a great module. big up.
