Although i'v disabled a menu item for the administator-role, it still appears.
Secondly i tried to create an other user (then uid=1) with administrator role, but the menu stil appears.
For other roles, it works well.
Just ran into this issue. This patch works for me using 7.x-1.x-dev Jun 30, 2011.
That makes sense in D7.
Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
I applied the patch in #1 but this not working properly. Once we hide the menu for super admin, it won't show again even for editing. So how the super admin will see and edit the menu items in future?
That's kind of why you're not supposed to hide anything for the administrator...
Otherwise you have to know the URLs by heart and enter them in your URL.
