first, sorry for my bad english
strange situation... sunday i've created a panel and works great, stylize it, add some custom class, close display in home perfectly.
Today open to apply some change and not load add or change style firebug not show any error simply the panel loop... i'confused and disperatly search for many hours, help me please. I attach a printscreen. I installed only a new module media_gallery and nivo_slider, disabled and uninstall, not change.

A month has passed, and I'm going over the issue queue ones more. Some issues have been closed for other reasons, some re-opened, but this issue has remained silent for the past month.
Because of this, I'm doing a bulk close of a number off issues. I'm sorry that it happened this way, but the issue queue has had to few contributors, and to many questions.

Again, as said in the previous comment, feel free to re-open the issue by setting it to active, if you still need help.

@linno Oh, I'm so sorry, I posted to the wrong issue. Ignore my first post.

The first suggestion I would make would definitely be the firebug console, but you seemed to have checked there already. What about the webserver log, any error message there?

read error log and access log, run my test site in localhost, nothing of nothing...
Magically I reopen again the panel and now works!
Not understand, for two days run 1 day not run, I prefer to solve this problem, any suggestion?

I'm sorry, but without a reproducible error, I have no idea. It's a very common problem that other modules load javascript that interferes with Panels, and the solution is different every time. I'll leave the issue open a while the problem comes back, or you come up with some more info, but without more info, we can't really help more.

Ok now I run an update to menu_module and the panel disappear like in print screen, no have make any other action... ooh my god! No error in log

yes before post...
incredible but now rerun update and... it works! and I not make any action... at this point I think I have a poltergeist in my PC...

There is an issue and a patch for the missing theme key problem. I'm not sure of the link offhand.
