Probably, yes, but given my multiple attempts of contacting the QR Codes developer about a collaborative effort only to get ignored repeatedly I'm unlikely to do so at the moment. Maybe at another stage.

Given that QR Codes is now officially marked as obsolete I can mark this issue as fixed.

Not saying that's the resolution I had hoped for, but it is what it is.
