You can do this through your user account page http://drupal.org/user/###/edit - delete button at the bottom. If you need more help, please post in the Webmasters issue queue http://drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/webmasters or ask for help on IRC #drupal or #drupal-support, as this is the issue queue for the Drupal documentation.
