I've activated the module, but nowhere on any of my content do I see the option to schedule a publishing date. Please advise.

Once the module is activated you need to then enable it for each node type you have on the content-type admin section. Please read the manual which states that (point 4 in teh README.txt file).

Also, please don't file issues as "bug reports" when it's clearly pebcak related support request on your part in not reading the manual. Here's the part you missed from the README.txt file:-

4. Visit admin > settings > content-types and click on any node type and
check the box "enable scheduled (un)publishing" for this node type

Then's nothing worse to a developer than a user who assumes it's someone elses fault ("bug report") rather than theirs ("support request"). As you might have gathered, that annoys me ;)
